Project description:



This project is a harmonic control and reactive power compensation project of a foundry in Guan County, Shandong Province. Its power supply is 6 6300KVA 35/1KV transformers, and its load is medium-frequency heating equipment. The load impact changes greatly, the reactive power is high, and the monthly reactive power fine is about 50,000 yuan. Due to the large harmonic content, it affects the operation of other users' electrical equipment. After testing, the 5th, 7th, 11th, and 13th harmonic contents in the distribution system exceed the standard, and the power factor is about 0.75.




Solution

In view of the frequent load changes, high reactive power and large harmonic content on site, our company adopts a filtering compensation solution combining high-voltage XHSVG+XHFC, and installs a set of XHSVG-35/3000 +XHFC-35/9000 on the 35KV side.
